We will pull up the winter thatch and then vacuum up the mess and take it all away. 

Aeration reduces soil compaction, creating a channel through which oxygen, water, and nutrients can penetrate more easily. Aerations can be done anytime between  April- October (Weather and availability dependent) 

3 fertilizations and 2 weed sprays between mid-May to end of September 

Weekly cuts from mid May to end of September.
